WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

If you are wondering when your package will arrive, take a look at the estimations provided below. Please note: all shipping times are a guideline. Packages could arrive sooner or later than the approximations provided. Weekend days and holidays do not count toward the estimated timelines.

Canada: 2-4 Business Days
USA Tracked Packet: 4-6 Business Days
Everywhere Else: 4-7 Business Days

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Items are shipped from Ontario, Canada.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All items are shipped within 1-2 business days. This times does not include weekends or holidays.

WHAT METHOD OF SHIPPING DO YOU USE?

All packages are sent using Canada Post letter mail (no tracking).

If you live outside the US or Canada and desire a faster delivery time, please send us an email before placing your order and we can make arrangements that will fit your needs.

IF THE PACKAGE WE SEND TO YOU IS RETURNED TO US

It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a deliverable shipping address. If the address you provide us with is incorrect/incomplete, and your package is returned, or your package goes unclaimed and is returned, you must pay for it to be shipped again.

MY PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED YET

All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Don’t forget to the allow 1-2 business days for order processing, too! If you still think your order is missing, contact WRED here: werideveryday [!at] gmail.com (or send a convo) and we will find out what has happened to your items. In the event of a loss a replacement package will be sent.

WHEN WILL YOU ANSWER MY E-MAIL?

E-mails are responded to Monday-Friday within 48 hours of receipt. Convos sent on a holiday will be responded to on the next closest business day.
